About & Experience
Hermann is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in developing markets and tech-driven businesses. Having worked in multinational companies like Millicom, Intel, and Intcomex Corp, he has developed a passion for learning and big ideas. Since 2014 Hermann has focused on the education sector, where he helped develop national education programs for several Central American countries, contributing to bridging the digital divide.
Hermann’s expertise lies in developing international markets, using breakthrough technologies, and inventing new, more powerful, and profitable ways to creatively turn insights into business ideas that generate revenue for clients. He has worn many hats in his career, from researcher to manager, director, salesman, marketer, and strategist, giving him a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges.
Outside of work, Hermann has a passion for volleyball and was a member of Guatemala’s National Volleyball Team for 15 years and is proud to have served as its captain many times.
